How to Humanize AI-Generated Emails That Actually Convert

You have probably received one of those emails. Technically correct but emotionally empty. And empty emails do not get replies.
The problem with AI emails is sameness. AI defaults to safe, generic phrasing that sounds professional but interchangeable.
Start by replacing the opener. Reference something specific: a recent LinkedIn post they wrote, a conference you both attended.
Watch for the telltale AI structure: greeting, context, value proposition, call to action. Real humans jump around.
Tone matters more than length. Match the recipient's communication style.
Finally, add imperfection deliberately. These small details signal that a human sat down and typed this message.
