1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WriteHumane ("the Service"), operated at writehumane.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WriteHumane provides AI-powered text humanization tools that transform AI-generated content into natural, human-sounding writing. The Service includes free and paid subscription plans.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) infringe on intellectual property rights; (c) generate or distribute harmful, abusive, or misleading content; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service; (e) resell access without authorization.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. All prices are in USD.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all text you submit to and receive from the Service. WriteHumane does not claim any rights over your content. The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by WriteHumane.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. WriteHumane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
